1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene, safety, and personal care considerations, most products sold by Tantra are non-returnable once delivered.

However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

Damaged product received
Product received in a defective condition
Missing items in the order

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

Intimate wellness products
Beauty and skincare products
Haircare products
Products with tampered packaging

Returns will not be accepted solely due to personal preference, dislike of fragrance, texture, taste, or expected results.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

A damaged product
An incorrect product
A defective item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

Order number
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
Description of the issue

Failure to provide supporting information may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after verification of the claim.

Refunds may be issued through:

Original payment method
Store credit (where applicable)

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
